Due to the regulated nature of hemp-derived products, our return policy must differ from our non-alc line in this regard. All sales for hemp derived products are final except in cases where items arrive damaged or the incorrect product was sent. Individual responses to hemp-derived cannabinoids vary. Because effects are subjective, refunds cannot be issued based on personal taste preference or product effects. Hemp product purchases are subject to our Hemp Product Policy and applicable laws regarding age and shipment eligibility.
