The White Lady

Ingredients

• 2oz Monday Gin
• .75oz Fresh Lemon
• .5 oz Fresh Orange
• .25 oz simple syrup
• .25oz egg white or aqua faba
  

Instructions

Combine the ingredients in your shaker. Dry shake them together to allow the egg* to emulsify before adding ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a Nick and Nora and garnish with lemon twist.

*vegan option - sub in aqua faba
