Basil Gin Gimlet

Ingredients: 

• 40ml Monday Gin
• 20ml Lime Juice
• 20ml Sugar Syrup
• 6 Leaves Basil

Directions:

• Muddle Basil leaves and add to cocktail shaker
• Add the Gin, Lime Juice, and Sugar Syrup. 
• Fill with ice and shake vigorously! 
• Strain into coupe glass, garnish with lime wheel or a basil sprig.
