Spring Spritz
Ingredients
- 2oz Monday Gin
- 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
- 1oz Lavender Simple Syrup
- 1oz Elderflower Tonic
- Soda Water
Instructions
Add Gin, juice, and syrup with ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake that! Strain over fresh ice to a short glass. Add elderflower tonic and top with quality soda water (we love @fevertree_usa for both). Checkout @whiteoaklavender for the simple syrup.
