Ingredients
- 1oz Monday Gin
- .5oz Elderflower Cordial
- .5 oz Fresh Lime
- 4oz Sparkling Brut
- Cranberry & Rosemary
Instructions
Add Monday, Elderflower Cordial and lime to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake till cold. Strain in a chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling brut and garnish with cranberry and sprig of rosemary.
