Monday Galaxy Gin & Soda

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Monday Gin
• 2 oz Tangerine Topo Chico
• 2 oz Butterfly Pea Tea (Iced)
• Squeeze of Lemon Juice

Instructions

Fill glass with ice. Pour in Monday Gin, Topo Chico, and top with butterfly pea flower tea. Squeeze lemon on top and watch the deep blue turn into a lavender galaxy. Enjoy
