Mezcal Negroni

Ingredients: 

• 1oz Monday Mezcal
• 1oz N/A Aperitif Rosso
• 1oz N/A Italian Orange
• Orange Essence
• Fresh Orange

Directions: 

Combine Monday Mezcal, Apertifi Rosso, and Italian Orange to a mixing glass with ice. Stir vigorously until cold. Strain to a short glass over one large ice cube. Mist with orange essence. Garnish with long peel of fresh orange. Salut!
