Mezcal Killer Bee

Ingredients 
  • 2oz Monday Mezcal
  • 1.5oz Fresh Lemon
  • .75oz Honey Simple Syrup*

Instructions

Combine Monday Mezcal, lemon, and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into your favorite glass. Garnish with honey comb and charred lemon wheel.

*To make honey syrup, combine equal parts honey and water to a small saucepan and heat until the honey has completely dissolved. Let cool before use.
