Atomic Mary Low Alcohol

Ingredients

• 2.5oz Monday Gin
• .5oz Fresh Lemon
• .5oz Fino Sherry
• .5oz White Soy
• .5tsp Yuzu
• 5 Atomic Tomatoes
• 3 Shishito Peppers
• Smoked Salt & Pepper
• Lemon Oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients and blend. Use a fine mesh strainer, pouring liquid into your fav glass over ice. Finish with smoked salt and pepper to taste and spritz of lemon oil for aroma. Garnish with nearby greenery / florals.
